How do I return an item purchased on

We offer a friendly and logical return policy. We know that you have taken time and effort to finalize the product before purchase. Similarly, it is logical to believe that all sellers on the platform have offered their products with due care in terms of quality and packaging.

Request for Product Return and therefore refund will be accepted against the following specific reasons:

  • Damaged Product
  • Defective Product
  • Incomplete Product
  • Incorrect Product

It may be noted that the sellers may address the requests against the above reasons through the following methods prior to refund initiation, namely product rectification, touch-up and servicing, component replacement or full product exchange. If any or all of the above methods fail to satisfy you, then you may insist on refund which will be processed within 10 working days of receiving confirmation from the seller. For categories such as furnishing and home décor/automation, LOGI RETURNS will be initiated if the complaint is received within 24 hours of receipt of goods. It is explicitly made clear that we will not accept any refund requests for furnishing and décor/automation products which are not in their original packing. Made to order/customized and Design to Build products will not fall under the LOGI RETURNS policy and will be addressed/redressed through direct dialogue with the sellers. The platform is not liable to refund payments made towards such orders unless explicitly given to us in writing by the sellers.

STEP 1: Initiate a Return Request

  • Login to Your Account
  • Go to My Orders
  • Click on RETURNfor the item you wish to return
  • Select the reason for return and upload supporting photographs before hitting Submit.


Step 2: Share Info for Pick Up

Our Seller’s Representative will call you within 2 working days of refund request being accepted, to confirm date of pick up.


Step 3: Pick Up

Hand over the item you wish to return to our seller’s authorized agent or Creaticity Online executive as the case may be. Please retain original packing material especially for furnishings and home decor/automation products.



Creaticity Online LOGI Return Policy is applicable only as specified and stated above. The refund amount will be equal to the Paid amount for an item. Unless specifically mentioned, the Seller’s or Brand’s Warranty will supersede Creaticity Online LOGI Returns Policy. Customized orders cannot be returned.

Creaticity Online will  arrange for its sellers to pick up product that you wish to return from your doorstep; however  for certain locations where we may not have reverse pick up facility, we may request you to self-ship the product to us at our cost  or dispose/ destroy them.


Once your return claim is accepted, refunds will be processed within two working days. Depending on the mode of payment you used, Banks and Payment Gateways usually take between 7-10 working days to credit the amount to your account. We will not be liable for any undue delays on part of the banks/payment gateways.



Your complete satisfaction is our only goal! In order to make this absolutely hassle free, we will also pick up the product free of cost from your home.
